Not Much Happening

Well not much happening around here. Except my birthday was about 6 days ago and we went to the hu hot, came home ate cake and ice cream, opened my b-day presents. Good times.

I have not posted lately have I? Sorry bout that.

Do you want to know what I recieved for my b-day? Well I got some money, a 'gig' bag for my guitar (as my parents put it), a capo for my guitar, a automatic tuner thing for my guitar, and a book with country classics songs (with the chords you know so i know how to play them). Do you see a trend here? Oh yea for christmas I recieved a new guitar so that might be why I got guitar stuff isn't it. Who knows?

Well yesterday I was dumping ashes from the wood stove and there were a few hot coals from the night before and all the way to the garden I smelt something awful burning and I dump the ashes. Still something awful smelling. Well I get to the garage and I put the box down and I see that my denim jacket is on fire, so I shake my jacket violently sparks going everywhere (it is on fire at the wrist area).

So I ran to the snow and I put out the flame yikes eh.

I have not had the best week.

i broke my pinkie last Friday now it is hard to type that is why there is no caps.

back to the pinkie i broke it playing in a pool playing 500. i had my hands on my brother's shoulder and this guy Dan with my right hand Dan jumped and my pinkie got well busted.

now the reason the post is called do DA do is because i did not think it was that bad but i got home on Saturday and my grandmother put some tape stuff on it. and i had it checked and the doc said that said it was busted at around the knuckle area so sorry for punctuation and stuff but i am good.

Well today grandfather, the two older girls, and I went out to get wood. We went about a mile to get to where we were going to cut (lots of to's in that sentence.) Anyway when we got there we started to here meowing. What in the world. I look and there is blackjack I think I am not sure on the name, but it was one of the smaller kittens. In a little bit we heard another meowing. Puff-a-lump I think. Yet again more meowing I just call this one Miss Odie jr cause it looks like Miss Odie one of our to, to, many cats (12 to be exact.)

Well we hauled a lot of wood. Just a day's work I guess ( but we did get quite a bit of wood which is good caonsidering the cold is almost upon us.)

Here we are playing football? There was so many that it sorta hard to play.Relay race. A team of two would wheelbarrow 20 ft, spin around a bat 7 times, jump rope 20 ft come back, and wheelbarrow back to the line.

Youth Trips

Charles is going to the Twin cities on Friday which is tomorrow at noon. He will be back on Saturday. He will be going to a water park and on Saturday he will go to a Twins game. This will be with the youth group we attend.

I will be going to Wisconsin dells on Monday tru I think Thursday ya know one day to get there 2 days of water parks and another day to get back. It sounds very fun.

Lining up. People on my left and right. Another line 30-40 ft. away.
A big man named Brett is standing in the middle of the two lines. He steps back and he yells,"Ready, set, dodge ball!"
The two lines go bolting to the middle. I run also. When I get to the middle, a boy with dark brown hair, a slender build, and average height for his age picks a dodge ball up and throws it at me with both hands. I jump back. It misses. I retreat out of the way.
Whiz! "That just went by head," I say to a blond girl beside me.
Ooh that had to hurt. It hit George right square in the chess...
Whoosh!! Pay attention Al. You were almost hit.
Dodge, duck, sidestep, and catch.Thud. Held on to that one. I yell, "One in!"
People on both sides are falling like dead ducks.
Duck,BOOM, get up, left, BOOM! Who threw that one?"I question. "That would be Jared. He can throooo.... I'm out." Said Billy.
I am looking left then right. Jared is aiming at me. He is throwing hard.... "Watch out!" someone yells. I drop on the floor. The speeding dodge ball goes whizzing by my head.
Four on six. Wait. Three on six.
Two dodge balls, I pick both up. I come up to the line, throw one up and the other I throw at the guy trying to catch the first one. The round projectile hits him in the gut.
Someone on my side just threw one at Jared and got him out.
Three on four. Wait, another one of them is out. Three on three!
All three of them dodge balls. They all threw them at one of our guys. The first one comes up short, the second throws and hits him in the gut and he goes for the catch, but the third hits him in the foot and knocks him to the ground.
Two on three. While they are congratulating themselves I pick a dodge ball up and throw it at one of them and I hit him.
Two on two.
My teammate and I pick up two dodge balls each. He throws one up, I throw one at the guy going for it.... miss. My teammate throws his last dodge ball.... It hit the other guy. Brett yells,"You're out. Two on one.
I roundhouse (a full circle throw) my last one. It hits the guy in the head. Brett yells,"You're still in, head shot."
He (opponent) picks up a dodge ball, thinking that my teammate threw the head shot. He throws and nails my teammate off his feet.
He picks up one dodge ball in each hand. I pick up one.
I can fell my heart pounding.
He makes a quick but softer throw at me. I drop my dodge ball and go after it. He takes the advantage and roundhouses his other dodge ball. All hope is lost to dodge it. On one knee I brace myself, open my arms and I bring them together swiftly.... I look down, a dodge ball in my arms.
My teammates come out cheering.
Brett walks back into the middle saying, "New game."
"Alex wake up. We are in Bismarck." Just a dream. Ahhhh....

I had lots of fun and I am sure almost everybody else had fun except for 2 boys who had to go to the E.R. 1 got smacked in the face during a rec game he was fine just a nasty bruise.
The other got stitches because of a temper.

The speaker was good, the band was good, the rec games were good and gross, and free-time was fun. Just it was a good week of camp.

Anyway the day of my cousin's wedding? Yes, pretty sure cousin. My sister Laura is the flower girl. She has her hair pretty, a nice dress, ivory shoes all that girly stuff ya know.

I'm so alone there's no one here besides me. My brother is all gone now I am brother less for a couple of days.
My bro has gone to Crystal Springs Camp till Saturday but I am going to Bismarck on Thursday and will not be back till Sunday or Monday I do not know.
On the brighter side the 4 of July is coming so bang, bang, bang, fireworks. To make it better I go to jr. high camp on the Sunday following. Camp is very fun and it is a break from little girls 4 to be exact.Yeahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! But I wish Charles was here.

Mowing, mowing, mowing, keep the mower going , cut grass!!

Well I got up at 8:00 and mowed the pasture before it got hot, hot, hot like it did yesterday .
It took me 2 hours to get it done if my big bro did not mow on Friday I would have had to mow for roughly 4 hours.

Weed whacking is a different story you get covered in grass at least I do, but it does take a shorter amount of time to do.

Well if you would like to try out mowing the Blessed life is open to volunteers, at least the yard workers are (snicker, snicker.)

"The HOT ZONE"

10:50a.m. I am reporting from the middle of the HOT ZONE surrounded by upchuckers.The upchuckers have taken over the living quarters the mess hall and the lavatory.

"The HOT ZONE" medical report-we have 7 out of 8 casualties I am the only surviver. 5 were upchucking, 2 were tired, achy, rolling stomach, and nasea and 1 also had a fever.NO medical back up required.

I hid up in my dormitory. I am all right so far. Most are healed but codename "Lola" is not feeling awake and has a headache.

Well Emma upchucked quite a few times yesterday and this morning Anna upchucked.
We do not know why at least I don't. Today Emma felt better but Anna upchucked so she is crabby.
They both had shots sometime this week by Dr. whats his bucket so that might be why.

For the Country music fans the "ACM's" were awesome like always ( I know that was not correct grammar).

I was disappointed that Kenny Chesney got Entertainer of the year again.Carrie Underwood did not do as well as last year but she still got album of the year and Top Female Artist just like last year or was that the CMA's. Rodney Atkins got Best New Male Artist. George Strait took home 2 more awards last night he is still going strong. I can not forget Brooks & Dunn won duo of the year last night that makes it 14 times it is not fair for the other duo's.

The performances were great.

Well it will probably be played on CMT so you can watch.

Survivor

Survivor is the best in my opinion reality show.

For the "Survivor" fans out there if you did not see the finally sadly Earl won. I really wanted Yau-Man to win he had the best game for this season.

I really did not like how Dreamz lied and caused Yau-man to lose. But I really did like how Alex pounded Dreamz and Cassandra that was good.

The thing I do not like about Survivor is the lying, cheating and deceiving.

We will start with the "Lord of the Rings."Pretty well make to a movie,could have gone by the book more still a good movies.
There are a lot more but I have not seen them all so I will just do one more.
One of my favorite books of all time the book "Thr3e." The director did not quite follow the book exactly. They skipped a library exploding and other things also they get you connected to the characters like you would in the book.But still it is a good book a good movie.

The Blessed Life Ranch went to a Ball. The"Bouncers"was called into duty (that would be Charles and that other guy.) The "bouncers" DO NOT like to dance and 1 of them had a knee injury. So they did not dance........
No one caused trouble with these 2 intimidating men as the "Bouncers."
"Bouncers" should be intimidating or else there would be wild party's. They fit the description quite nicely.

Food Poisoning

My grandfather went to a higher side restaurant I will not say which one but he had some salad, bread sticks and soup. He ate. A few hours later he did not feel so good. So he went home and had signs of food poisoning.

That worries me because of kids at "Buffets." They go to the bathroom do not wash their hands come back grab the tongs drop them into the salad. Well that's all I got.

My mother. Very artistic person, good blogger, good with the camera, can take pain I guess anybody who has 6 kids should be able to take pain, she's just a good momma.

Next is my big bro Charles. He is very strong(he is at least stronger than me),good reader, bad speller, likes alone time but on the contrary he does like talking with people his age, good bro to have thank God for him.

I will just skip me.

Laura she is very very strong for her age, likes playing in the mud. But she is still feminine for instants she likes shoes, nail polish, makeup and other girl things.

Now Lily, she is loud, girly, likes mud and water, and is destructive .

Anna, is stubborn, cute laughing, loud yet quiet when naughty only if she does not get caught .

Emma, is cute, mushy, girly girl, and of course naughty.
